The Lavon North Wastewater Treatment Plant project provides significant upgrades to expand the treatment capacity and improve long-term operational reliability for the City of Lavon. The project includes construction of a new process facility and supporting infrastructure designed to accommodate future growth while enhancing treatment efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Major improvements include new headworks and influent pumping facilities, expanded biological treatment processes, and new yard piping and utilities throughout the site. Select existing facilities are integrated into the upgraded process to maximize performance and extend service life.
Together, these improvements increase hydraulic and treatment capacity, modernize aging infrastructure, and position the Lavon North WWTP to meet future wastewater demands with improved operational flexibility and reliability.
